Anthem, BioWare’s upcoming third-person MMO shooter, has joined a growing number of announcements and video premieres to be shown during The Game Awards 2018. Today, the developer released a very short teaser trailer confirming that the highly anticipated game would have something special in store for the show.

At just nine seconds long, theAnthemtrailer below is the very definition of a tease. Little, if anything, can be drawn from the content of the teaser, which only briefly shows each of the game’s four Javelin exo-suits: the Ranger, Interceptor, Storm, and Colossus. The short animations for the Javelins aren’t anythingAnthemfollowers haven’t seen before, but they do serve as a reminder that there’s plenty ofAnthemleft for BioWare left to unveil.

Casey Hudson, BioWare’s general manager, will take the stage at The Game Awards on December 6 to introduce the new trailer personally. The show starts at 9:00pm ET.

As for speculation regarding what BioWare may show during The Game Awards, there are at least two major topics that players hope to hear about before launch–that is, endgame plans and story details. That said, though, BioWare could choose to focus on unveiling a new feature or game mode, which would fit well in a short, context-free trailer. Whatever the developer’s planning, though, it’s going to be a surprise.

The Game Awards 2018 is already lining up to be an impressive show, even compared to the event’s relatively short, but significant history.Anthemis just the latest confirmation for the event, which is confirmed to feature ten new game announcements. The only other confirmation for the event is anew RPG announcement from Obsidian, but there are also several great rumors, including the debut ofMetroid Prime 4gameplay and the release date forDeath Stranding. Should these rumors come to fruition, thenAnthemwill have to impress to stand out from the crowd.
