The Banana Fish is elusive for a reason, as it’s a Developer/Admin fish. In simpler terms, it’s not a part of the official Bestiary associated with any region, and cannot be caught by normal players. Interestingly, there was even a wiki page stating the steps to take if you wanted to catch this fish. Since then, the page has been taken down, but there might be plans for the Banana Fish to be added to theFischBestiary in the future.
