It’s a big day for fans ofDestiny 2as theSolstice of Heroes event is now livein the Tower. The event adds new upgradable armor, new loot such as sparrows and other items, as well as remixed campaign missions. The other big piece to this event is the return of Moments of Triumph, a set of long-term objectives covering many of the activities released in the first year that players can redeem at the Tower for unique rewards. Along with the weekly content reset, the final six hidden triumphs have finally been revealed.
After announcing the Solstice of Heroes event earlier this month, Bungie kept a few of the Moments of Triumph under wraps, leaving theDestiny 2community in the dark as to what they could be. The objectives were split into three categories: General, Activities, and Event, all covering most of the content added since the game first launched. Some of the tasks are fairly easy, such as finishing the base campaign, while others like unlocking the Sagira Ghost shell will require time and effort.
Alongside the reset, the final six Moments of Triumph have been added:
Just like the Moments of Triumph from the first game, players can unlock various rewards for reaching certain completion milestones. The first is a legendary Ghost Shell unlocked at 125 points, a specialMoments of Triumph t-shirtfrom the Bungie Store at 250 points, the Comrades in Arms legendary sparrow at 300 points, and Eternally Triumphant emblem at 400. Players have until August 28 to finish and redeem any completed milestones from the event.
