BioWare’sMass Effect Trilogyis well-regarded as one of gaming’s biggest and best series. Even after the controversies surroundingMass Effect 3’s ending andMass Effect: Andromeda,Mass Effect 4is easily one of the most highly anticipated releases of the next several years. It’s only fitting that BioWare has re-released the trilogy as the remasteredMass Effect: Legendary Edition. And now more fans than ever will be able to re-experience the trilogy, asMass Effect: Legendary Editionhas been added to the EA Play subscription service.

Mass Effect: Legendary Editionhas been available for some time now, having launched in May this past year. That makes it a prime choice forEA Play, having been available for well over six months. EA Play doesn’t get new games like Xbox Game Pass might, but rather collects older games that will make more in new subscriptions than they will in sales. With the excitement surroundingMass Effect 4,Mass Effect: Legendary Editionon EA Play makes a lot of sense.

What’s somewhat surprising is that EA didn’t saveMass Effect: Legendary Editionfor a bigger occasion.
