Company focusing on other projects

Some folks onreddithappened to notice thatTrion Worldshas removed any mention ofEnd of Nationsfrom their official sites. The troubled title has been in development for years now, and last year it was revealed theirswitching gears from a massivereal-time strategy title, to a MOBA. The registration page for even the MOBA version of the game has been taken down.

So what gives? A representative from Trion sent us the following statement.

“As we informed EON’s community last fall, internal development on End of Nations was put on hold in late 2013 while we evaluated potential paths forward for the title. We’re currently focusing the company’s energy and creativity on Rift, Defiance, Trove, ArcheAge, and some new projects that we will be revealing soon.”

Trion says they’re putting the project on hold, but after so many issues and delays, I’m starting to thinkEnd of Nationshas really come to an end.
