AfterFallout 76Collector’s Edition owners realize that their promised canvas bag was deceptively swapped for a cheaper nylon bag, Bethesda offered its fanbase 500 atoms (or $5 USD) as compensation. The irony behind this decision is that it’s not even enough to purchasethe in-game canvas bag, but a dedicated member of the modding community has created a workaround of sorts, only inFallout 4.
Uploaded by a modder known as Sparkleman, this latest mod turns the lootable ammo duffle bags in the game into replicas of the West Tek Duffle Bags promised to Collector’s Edition owners. Of course, this decision was inspired by the recentFallout 76controversy, with this likely helping the mod receive over 20,000 views and 100 endorsements in just a few days' time.
There are two available ways to download thisFallout 4mod for those having problems with the mod manager or the .rar zip file. In other words, players shouldn’t have much trouble accessing the mod. Now, while the uploader was quiet as to whether this should be taken as a statement or not, this hasn’t prevented members of the modding community from using it as a statement. One member even stated that he didn’t ownFallout 4but downloaded it to give his endorsement. This also led toFallout 76jokes about nylon bags and comments on the 500 atom compensation.
Taking everything into consideration, this isn’t much more than a jest at the bumpy roadFallout 76has taken. The game itself has a number of other problems to contend with, but hopefully, Bethesda is finding a way to deal with it all.
