Some believe the next timeZelda: Breath of the Wildappears will be at a Nintendo Direct, as the Big N almost always has a big one or two early in the year. At the same time, fans think it might be even sooner, believing that Geoff Keighley is actually teasing its appearance at the Game Awards.

Some have pointed out one aspect that may work againstZelda: Breath of the Wild 2’s appearance. Technically speaking, because it has been seen before,Zelda: BOTW 2’s appearance at the Game Awards, if it happened, would be a “World Premiere.” It’s important to note, however, that World Premiere is more of a general term used by The Game Awards, not always literally meaning the first time the world has seen a game.
It would be the first time the world saw new footage, perhaps even theproper title ofZelda: Breath of the Wild 2, and that would likely be more than enough for the news-hungry fans. For now, fans can only wait and see what’s there, with the event set to take place on December 9.
