For better or worse,Ginny & Georgiaseason 3 revealed which man in Georgia’s life she should end up with. Of course, Georgia has never had any trouble finding someone to fall madly in love with her. She is beautiful, energetic, and entirely chaotic, so men and women alike tend to be drawn to her. Georgia can take her pick when it comes to a romantic partner, but she tends to keep everyone on her hook regardless. When one relationship ends, she can quickly begin another one. However, this dynamic changed slightly inGinny & Georgiaseason 3.

Georgia met Paul inGinny & Georgiaseason 1. The mayor of Wellsbury proved himself to be a pretty great partner, and even after learning about some of the more concerning aspects of Georgia’s past, he chose to marry her all the same. Of course, Paul isn’t the only one hooked on Georgia’s chaos. Zion, Ginny’s father, has been in love with Georgia for years, though they were never able to make a relationship work long term. Then there is Joe, who has had a not-so-secret crush throughout the series. Now,Ginny & Georgiahas demonstrated Georgia’s best fit.

Ginny & Georgia: Joe and Ginny Hug

Ginny & Georgia Season 3 Confirms Georgia Should End Up With Joe, Not Paul Or Zion

Joe Is The Lucky (Or Maybe Unlucky) Winner

None of Georgia’s potential love interests inGinny & Georgiaare bad people. In fact, Georgia herself is the biggest red flag of the series. Whoever she ends up with won’t have an easy time, so the lucky winner of Georgia’s heart may not be all that fortunate in the end. Regardless,Ginny & Georgiaseason 3 painted a relatively clear picture of who has the best chance of standing by Georgia in the long term.

Though Zion and Paul put up a pretty good fight,Joe is the only character inGinny & Georgiawho has been wholly accepting of every aspect of who Georgia is. He recognizes how rash her decisions are and is certainly willing to speak up when she does something he thinks is wrong. Still, he never judges her, and we see inGinny & Georgiathat this is deeply important to Georgia’s character. It’s because of this that she felt confident enough in Joe to tell him the truth about her various murders. This is the very darkest part of Georgia’s past, and Joe barely batted an eye.

Both Paul & Zion Don’t Accept The Worst Parts Of Georgia In Season 3

Joe Doesn’t Make Georgia Feel Judged

Like Joe, Paul, and Zion were made to confront the fact that Georgia has killed. Zion was a bit slower to put it all together, which is ironic since he had known her the longest. He had blinders on for years, but the events ofGinny & Georgiaseason 3 meant that Zion could no longer ignore the truth about Georgia. Naturally, this changed everything.Zion finally accepted that Georgia was not only a neglectful mother but a dangerous personin general. He wasn’t wrong to sever his loyalty, but it certainly proves that he isn’t the right person for Georgia.

Paul wasn’t as blind to who Georgia really was as Zion inGinny & Georgia. He knew immediately that his new wife was probably guilty of killing Tom Fuller (he admitted this at the end ofGinny & Georgiaseason 3), but he was willing to accept her regardless. When he finally decided to divorce Georgia, it was less because he didn’t accept her and more to save his career. It wasn’t untilGeorgia lied about being pregnantthat Paul really shut down his feelingsfor Georgia. She had crossed the line, and (again, rightfully), Paul decided he was done.

Joe’s Acceptance Of Georgia Isn’t The Only Reason He’s Perfect For Her

Joe Is Genuinely Good

Joe has seen all the same qualities in Georgia that Paul and Zion were forced to see inGinny & Georgiaseason 3, yet he still fully accepts her. Although we can question the wisdom of this decision, it certainly proves that if anyone can stand by Georgia’s side, it’s Joe. Still, this isn’t the only thing Joe has going for him. There would certainly be some very bad and dangerous men who wouldn’t be bothered by Georgia’s behavior, but Joe is a genuinely kind-hearted person.

There would certainly be some very bad and dangerous men who wouldn’t be bothered by Georgia’s behavior, but Joe is a genuinely kind-hearted person.

Perhaps Joe will be a good influence on Georgia. His lack of judgment may be enough to make the woman feel safe, which means she could begin to heal and come down from that constant state of fight or flight that makes Georgia so dangerous. However, at this point in the story, it seems more likely that Georgia will rub off on Joe, not the other way around. Still, it’s clear that Joe stands a better chance of surviving this romance than anyone elseinGinny& Georgia.
