To put things simply, players should first look to give each NPC inHades, aside from Hades himself, a single Nectar. This is because all of these NPCs will give fans access to a Keepsake upon receiving their first Nectar, and ultimately players will want to unlock all of these special items in thisacclaimed roguelike. For brandnewHadesplayersthat are looking for recommendations on who to give their first Nectars to, Cerberus and Skelly are both good options, as their Keepsakes grant more survivability. Achilles and Patroclus also provide Keepsakes that beginners should find very useful, and it is perfectly reasonable to prioritize giving early Nectars to those NPCs.
After a player has unlocked all of the Keepsakes inHades, additional Nectars can be used to earn Companions that can be summoned during runs.
