Helluva Bosshas found a new home for its third season, and the animated hit will soon become an Amazon Prime Video exclusive. The wacky musical cartoon series concerns the employees of I.M.P., an assassination service based in Hell that works within the realm of the living. The web sensation was created by multi-hyphenated artist, Vivienne “VivziePop” Medrano, andHelluva Bossis set within the same universe as the Prime Video smash-hit,Hazbin Hotel. Though they share a universe, they don’t share the same cast and actually explore different corners of Medrano’s unique vision of the underworld.
After a pilot episode in late 2019,Helluva Bosspremiered its first season a year later on Halloween 2020. The show became an instant smash in online circles, and Medrano’s presence on YouTube grew when a sophomore season followed in 2022. The artist known as VivziePop was further propelled into the mainstream when, in 2024,Hazbin Hoteldebuted on Amazon Prime Video. The instant success of Medrano’s other animated musical series has inspired Amazon to scoop upHelluva Boss, and its forthcoming third season will have an even larger audience.

Following the riotous success ofHazbin Hotel, the latest news confirms thatHelluva Bosshas landed on Amazon Prime Videotoo. Both shows will now stream exclusively on Amazon’s signature platform, withthe first two seasons ofHelluva Bosscoming to Prime Video in fall 2025. The existing two seasons will remain on YouTube, but the upcoming third season will air on Prime Video first, before finding its way to the free video hosting site about a month after its Prime Video debut.

The Main Cast Is Returning For Season 3
Though the supporting role of Beelzebub has been recast, with pop star Kesha leaving the role for Rochelle Diamante,the main cast ofHelluva Bosswill remain consistent going into season 3. Leading the charge as always is Brandon Rogers as the foul-mouthed founder of I.M.P., Blitzø, and he’ll be joined by Richard Horvitz as the weapons expert, Moxxie. The role of Stolas will again be played by Bryce Pinkham, and Blitzø’s childhood friend, Fizzaroli, is voiced by Alex Brightman. Nothing is set in stone between them, but their simmering romance will surely be reignited by their proximity. Meanwhile, Moxxie and Millie are expecting a child, but Millie hasn’t told him yet. It’s unclear how this will impact their relationship, and it could cause conflict as they could have different ideas about parenthood.
Perhaps most importantly of all,I.M.P. being pardoned has inspired Imp-kind, and the current order within Hell is on the brink of being challenged.
