What do Water Stones do inPokémon Scarlet & Violet?
Like many stones inPokemon Scarlet & Violet, only a few Pokemon actually evolve via Water Stones. To use them, fish them out of your bag, and use them directly on an eligible Pokemon.

You can find a Water Stone in the overworld
One Water Stone can be located at a fixed location nearCascarrafa. It’s directly behind the gym, on a raised shelf, near a stream.
Your Pokedex will give you one for free once you’ve caught 80 Pokemon
After catching 80 Pokemon and recording them in your Pokedex, go to the Pokedex menu (X) and earn it from the reward track.

Buying them directly at a Delibird Presents shop is the quickest way
Unlocked by defeating three gyms, Water Stones can be purchased at Delibird Presents shops across Paldea. They only cost 3,000 Pokedollars, so it isn’t even something that you’ll need to break the bank for. Locate them through thegeneral goodssection.
