In a semi-open RPG likeFinal Fantasy 16, getting around quickly is important to cover as much ground as possible. To get right into it,Final Fantasy 16players can sprint with Clive bymoving the left stick forward for a few seconds.Doing this will allow Clive to run faster, but only in open areas and not in cities or dungeons. There are also some story-focused areas where sprinting is not allowed as well. Also, if players are in a sprint and end up running into a group of enemies or monsters, Clive will stop running. If players stop moving the left stick, Clive will return to his normal walking speed, or of course, players can simply move the left stick gently to have him walk at a slower pace.

Final Fantasy 16players will need to complete a side quest called The White-Winged Wonder to unlock the use of Ambrosia, a Chocobo from Clive’s childhood. At a location called Martha’s Rest, players can speak to an NPC named Rosaria and thensave the Chocobo from some bandits.

To bring the Chocobo out into the field, press and hold the right stick. Once the bird is out, press the X button to ride it. From there, go ahead and press R2 to get some speed and L2 to slow the Chocobo down.
