However, in keeping with iShowSpeed’s usual style, the situation quickly devolved, resulting in a viral video that has been reacted to by numerous other streamers during their own live streams. After Kai Cenat watched and reacted to iShowSpeed’s viral video during one of his streams, he received a warning fromTwitch. During a stream on February 18, Kai expressed his discontent with the warning, stating that he did not agree with Twitch’s decision. He argued that banning someone and then prohibiting others from reacting to their content was an attempt to silence that person, which he deemed unfair.

YourRAGE also received a warning from Twitch for reacting to the same video clip, as Kai revealed during his stream. Criticism of Twitch’s stringent guidelines has been mounting in recent days. Adin Ross recently claimed that a senior figure at Twitch threatened him with indefinite suspension unless he significantly altered his content. In response,Adin announced that he was switching to Kick.
During another stream, Adin mentioned that other well-known Twitch streamers, such as Kai Cenat and YourRAGE, are considering making the switch to Kick as well. It remains to be seen how this situation will develop, particularly given Kai’s own criticism of Twitch’s policies, which may prompt him to follow suit and switch to Kick. However, for the time being,Kai seems to be staying put on Twitch as he is currently hosting a 30-day subathoncalled the “Mafiathon” that started on February 1st, 2023, and will end on March 2nd, 2023.
