Clearly styled after the iconic superhero who delivers justice to Hell’s Kitchen, an all-new character with a connection to Marvel’s mutants will officially take over as a Fearless defender. However, they’ll have to survive a zombified Deadpool first.
UnDead-Pool #1, written by Tim Seeley with art by Carlos Magno, ispart of Marvel’s upcomingAge of Revelationevent, set ten years into a version of the future that the X-Men hope to prevent.

Little is known about the four new heroes being added to Marvel Comics canon, other than that they’ll befighting a zombie Deadpool who hungersfor the life force of mutants. With white and blind eyes, a rosary, and a horned mask,Fearless is unquestionably modeled after Daredevil, but it’s still unclear how this character fits into the X-Men franchise.
A first look at the character’s bold design was revealed inX-Men: Age of Revelation #0.Fearless’s costume isa sort of blue version of Daredevil’s classic suit, with a bit more streetwear flair. While this character doesn’t exactly carry the hero’s mantle, Fearless seems to bea mutant version of Daredevil, with their powers still to be revealed.
Whilethe identity of Fearless is still a mystery, it should be exciting to find out how the hero connects to mutants and Daredevil lore as they evade being eaten by a monstrous version of Deadpool. It’s unknown ifthey’re truly an ally of Matt Murdockin this version of the future, but they have seemingly made some superhero friends.

Fearless will team up with other young mutant heroes like Fantastica, Magni, and Kid Man-Thingas they’rechased down by an undead Wade Wilson. Although the event is set ten years from the current Marvel canon, meaning they’re even younger in the main timeline, Fearless and the other heroes could make a comeback ifUnDead-Pooland its new characters are well-received.
They’ll have to survive a slasher-style adventure with one of the scariest versions of Deadpool, but Fearless and friends could make a splash in the Marvel Universe as mutantkind’s next generation of superheroes.
