The full roster of the upcoming DLC Kombat Pack forMortal Kombat 11was leaked yesterday. Developer NetherRealm Studios originally planned to give players a countdown timer that would reveal a new trailer for the DLC pack. However, some players were able to manipulate the URL and were able to uncover Kombat Pack’s full roster and its release date.
Now, NetherRealms just dropped the full trailer for its upcoming Kombat Pack, confirming yesterday’s leak. The trailer opens with Shang Tsung and Nightwolf, both of which are already available inMortal Kombat 11. The camera then pans to the remaining DLC characters including DC’s Joker, Image Comics' Spawn, Terminator T-800, and the return ofMortal Kombat’sSindel.

While the latest preview didn’t show off the fatalities and brutalities of the upcoming fighters, it provided a better look of the upcoming fighters. Confirmingthe release date leak, the first to join Shang Tsung and Nightwolf inMortal Kombat 11is Terminator T-800 releasing on October 8, followed by Sindel on November 24, Joker on January 26, and finally, Spawn on March 17.Mortal Kombat 11’sKombat Pack will include 1 week of exclusive early access together with skin and gear for each DLC character, and 19 more additional skins.
It is worth remembering that all of theannounced DLC character had already been leakedeven before the release ofMortal Kombat 11four months ago. The characters that were uncovered by dataminers but were not included in the Kombat Pack are Ash Williams fromEvil Dead, and returning characters, Sheeva and Fujin.
Meanwhile, NetherRealm’s creative director Ed Boon teased yesterday that the studio ispreparing to commence its second Krypt Event. As of the moment, it is still unclear whether the second Krypt Event will follow the format of the first, which tasked players of hunting down a special gold Kronika Vault, containing special items exclusive to the event.
Mortal Kombat 11is available now on PC, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One, with a Stadia version also in development.
