A popular ElseworldsDCTV show has finally gotten a major update for season 3. WhileJames Gunn’s DC Universetimeline is expanding in 2025 with their movies and TV shows, DC Studios is still committed to also focusing on Elseworlds properties outside their main continuity across the big and small screens, such as Robert Pattinson’sThe Batman Part II.
One of DC’s strongest medium has always been animation,with various heroes headlining their own TV shows or films that have become instrumental for the brand’s overall media legacy. Thankfully, DC viewers will soon have one of the mostwell-received ElseworldsTV shows back on their screens, as it is getting ready for a major comeback after being on a long hiatus.
My Adventures With Superman Season 3 Is Well Into Production
One of the Elseworlds TV projects that is still set to continue isMy Adventures with Superman, which finished airing season 2 in July 2024, after which the show got confirmed to return for season 3. Co-developed by Jake Wyatt, Brendan Clougher and Josie Campbell, the animated show follows both Clark Kent’s early days as the titular hero and as a reporter with Lois Lane and Jimmy Olsen.
When asked by a fan about season 3’s status,Wyattconfirmed that the next season is"in post-production.“However, at the time of this story’s publication, no official premiere date has been set forMy Adventures with Supermanseason 3, and it’s unclear if the DC series is returning in late 2025 or, at this point, in 2026. Wyatt’s response doesn’t confirm specifically ifMy Adventures with Supermanseason 3only just recently entered post-production,or if it has been in this stage for a certain period of time. Like the previous two seasons,My Adventures with Supermanseason 3 will most likely consist of 10 episodes once again when it airs on Adult Swim and HBO Max.

That could mean anywhere from a teaser trailer or even first look photos from season 3, depending on how much is finished for the new season.
