How to Have a Baby
First, you must obtainat least 900 relationship pointswith your spouse so that they are your Lover or Soulmate. After that, you can initiate a conversation with them regarding having a baby, and place an empty crib at your Workshop to prepare for parenthood. Pregnancy will end after two in-game weeks. You will get to choose your baby’s name — as well as what they call you — right after they are born.

How to Adopt a Baby
Like the pregnancy process, the process of child adoption can be initiated after obtaining 900 relationship points with your spouse.
