Netflix’s subverted rom-comToo Muchincludes a cast of primarily well-established actors with a few standout up-and-comers who help create a lovable story. Based loosely on the love story between Lena Dunham and Luis Felber,Too Muchfollows the blossoming romance between two very different but equally messy individuals who are trying to find their place in life.
The show is anchored by the two leads Megan Statler, who plays a very imperfect 30-something woman who’s fresh off a breakup, and Will Sharpe, who plays her flawed indie musician love interest. However, the wider cast is truly phenomenal, adding layers to the characters and stories that led to some ofToo Much’s positive reviews.
