One of the most popular anime series in the world today isMy Hero Academia, which has started branching out into the world of video games. We sawIzuku Midoriya added toJump Force, and Bandai Namco also released aMy Hero Academiavideo game calledMy Hero One’s Justice. And now a newMy Hero Academiavideo game has been announced, calledMy Hero One’s Justice 2, and it will feature some season 4 characters on its roster.
The latest issue of Weekly Jump has confirmed thatMy Hero One’s Justice 2will feature the same combat system as the original game, but with a much larger roster of heroes. We know that the roster will include some season 4 characters, but only one has been confirmed so far. As it turns out,My Hero One’s Justice 2will feature Kai Chisaki, whose quirk is called “Overhaul.”

Other details on the newMy Hero Academiavideo game are scarce, except that Quirk abilities are being “significantly upgraded.” What that means exactly remains to be seen, but hopefullyBandai Namcoreleases a trailer forMy Hero One’s Justice 2sooner rather than later so any speculation can be put to rest.
As mentioned previously,My Hero Academiahas had an increasing presence in video games. BesidesMy Hero One’s Justice, there was a Japan-only game that released on the 3DS as well, not to mention moreMy Hero Academiacharacters have been added to theJump Forceroster. Since launch, we’ve also seen Bakugo andAll Might added toJump Force, givingMy Hero Academiasignificantly more representation in the crossover fighting game.
In the future, moreMy Hero Academiavideo gamesare likely, especially ifOne’s Justice 2is successful. As for when fans can expect those games, or evenOne’s Justice 2, that remains to be seen. No release date has been given at the time of this writing, but with the season 4 premiere of the anime right around the corner, fans may not have to wait long for more details on the new game.
