MorePanzer Dragoonis on the way. Last year,Panzer Dragoon: Remakemade its way to PS4, PC, and other platforms after originally being released on the Nintendo Switch in early 2020. Many fans have appreciated the return of this series, as the first launched back in 1995. But the developers of the remake are not quite done, as they recently revealed that more remakes are on the way.
While the originalPanzer Dragoonwas eventually released on many different platforms,Panzer Dragoon 2 Zweireleased in 1996 on the Sega Saturn and is very much trapped on that console. So if that game were to be remade, it would be exciting, to say the least.

The originalPanzer Dragoon: Remakeis available on all major platforms, and the developer posted a tweet to celebrate this. One fan responded by asking about the sequel to the game, and if it would also be receiving a remake. The developer did not beat around the bush, by any means, and simply said “We’re planning to releasePanzer Dragoon 2 Zwei 2: Remakethis year.” That is thrilling news for fans of the game. What that means exactly in terms of timing is not yet known. Additionally, the first launched exclusively for a time on the Switch, and eventually came to other platforms, so that could happen again. But for now, simply knowing the game is on the way is great.
The old titles reborn are not the only way that players are able to enjoy the rail-shooting action games, however, as aVRPanzer Dragoontitle was also announced last year. The planned release window for the game was March 2021, which is of course very soon. Between the VR game and the remakes of the classics,Panzer Dragoonfans have a lot to look forward to lately, which is certainly a great thing.
