Now, yet another leak has begun circulating, and it suggests that E3 2019 may feature a brand new Ubisoft IP calledRoller Champions.
This leak originates from Twitter user New_WabiSabi in a tweet that indicates thatRoller Championsis “very likely” to be revealed at E3 2019. While this is certainly far from an official announcement, and should thus be approached with skepticism, New_WabiSabi has a history of confirmed public leaks, including leakingThe Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakeningremake for Switchand thePower Rangers: Battle for the Gridroster, giving some credence to their claims.
With respect to the specifics ofRoller Champions, it is said that it “involves skating and a sports ball,” and it has a “very nice style to it.” The supposedRoller Championslogo that was included with the leak may offer a bit more insight on exactly what sort of style the new Ubisoft IP will bring to the table.
The leaker further indicates that their source has provided “very professional shots and artwork from the game,” the quality of which made them feel confident thatRoller Championsis legitimate. Seemingly, these assets have allowed New_WabiSabi to form the opinion that “the game doesn’t look very graphically intensive.”
Notably, there is already a rumor circulating that another new Ubisoft game is set to shown at E3 2019. More specifically, some are expecting thatWatch Dogs 3will be announced at E3 2019, speculation that has been fueled by the officialWatch DogsTwitter account.
Fortunately, E3 2019 is under three weeks away, which means that players will not have to wait much longer to see ifRoller ChampionsandWatch Dogs 3are indeed in the Ubisoft E3 2019 plans.
