Tableturf battles are a new addition to theSplatoonfranchise.Splatoon 3has tableturf battles behind the Grizzco Industries building that pit the player against various NPCs. As the player ranks up, more NPC opponents become available. Ranking up in this single player content also awards players with items such as more cards, decorations, emotes, banners, and titles.

In total,there are 50 tableturf rankswith18 rivals.Leveling up these ranks requires playing a lot of games. Winning gets more experience points while losing gets less. While grinding to rank to the top level,players can get the sleeves of different rivals by beating them 30 times at their third level. Among these 50 ranks, there are also eight stages to play on.
The Ranks And Rewards
Players that get to rank 50 have total rewards of fivetableturf card packs, four titles, three banners, six locker stickers, two card sleeves, three locker decorations, one emote, and two badges. Every time a player ranks up, more points will be required for the next rank.Rank 50 requires a total of 59,683 experience pointsin tableturf.
Note thatit is required to complete Story Mode to battle against Shiver. Also,during Splatfests, players cannot challenge Shiver, Frye, or Big Man(unless they are disconnected from the internet).
