Starlink: Battle for Atlas, atoys-to-life game focusing on space combat, was first announced at Ubisoft’s E3 2017 press conference. Not much has been said about the game since its initial reveal, but Ubisoft brought it back at this year’s event with a bombshell:Star Fox’s Fox McCloud and his Arwing spacecraft will be available in the game, exclusively for the Nintendo Switch version.
This bombshell was revealed in a new trailer forStarlink: Battle for Atlas, which also showed off some cinematic space combat. In the trailer, a character is being attacked by enemy ships, so she calls for help, catching the attention of one Fox McCloud. Fox then flies in to save the day, and if the trailer is any indication, he will come complete with his usual moveset, including his patented barrel roll maneuver.

Last year, Miyamoto was on stage at Ubisoft’s press conference to discussMario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle, another unexpected collaboration between the French game publisher and Nintendo.
