Amell was joined by Lex Scott Davis, Bryan Greenberg, Maggie Grace, Tim Winbush, Alice Lee, and Azita Ghanizada, but the new focus and the overall new characters did not continue the revived momentum that the original found on streaming.Suits LAseason 2wasaxed by NBC in May, owing to the legal drama’s weak ratings and the network’s shifting priorities.

Greenberg showed a lot of romantic comedy potential in his time withtheSuits LAcast, mixing it up with Erica Rollins (played by Lex Scott Davis). They were often at odds. But despite their friction and undeniably complicated history, they had an undeniable spark. The actor is now showing up in one of Netflix’s marquee series with a strong connection to its main character that may give him a narrative advantage.

Our Take On Greenberg’s Casting

He’s A Good Fit

Viewers who have seen Greenberg in theSuitsspinoff know he can deliver chemistry. Thescenes inSuits LAbetween Rick and Ericawere among the show’s best and also gave it some lightness that it lacked elsewhere.

It could be a chance for the familiar actor, who has had a variety of guest and recurring turns, to show the side that was only hinted at during his run onSuits LA.
