Thankfully, there are plenty of cheaper options out there, many of whom can go on to be almost as good as their more expensive counterparts despite only costing a fraction of the price.
The following players are all aged 21 or under at the beginning of a newFIFA 23career mode and will start out with a rating no higher than 70, meaning that most can be purchased for a few million pounds. With enough game time, they should all reach a rating above 80, with most having the potential to hit 84 or higher. Those whose club is marked with an asterisk (*) will begin the game on loan at another club, meaning that players will have to wait at least one season before they’ll be able to buy them.
