Not only were every Iron Man suit durable and agile, but the added AI was a big help. No other MCU character had attempted to create something similar until Riri came along.

Riri is undoubtedly a prodigy. If it wasn’t clear from her achievements listed out inIronheart, then the proof is in her inventions. For someone so young to be able to create a suit remotely comparable to Iron Man’s is impressive in its own right.Riri is still learning though, and her early suits make Iron Man’s look all the more impressive.
In her first suit that she built after returning from Wakanda, Riri implements an AI system named TRVOR. Unfortunately for her, TRVOR is far from useful, only managing to operate under very specific instructions. The fact thatTony was able to nail his AI helper in JARVIS with minimal trial and errorproves that Iron Man’s suits were always a league ahead.
Others Tried To Replicate Iron Man’s Suit To No Avail

It’s always worth pointing out that Tony had a leg up on other inventors considering how many resources he had access to. However, theIron Mancave scene showed how he’s still able to invent a great product even with scarce materials, which is a testament to his real weapon being his mind. Seeing Riri’s process of trial and error emphasizes just how hard creating this technology is.
InIron Man 2,other countries and organizations were seen trying to replicate Tony’s Iron Man suit. They all unsurprisingly fell short of the original product, which is why so many people in the MCU stopped trying to copyIron Man’s technology.
