There’s been no lack of hype or analysis leading into the release of the new filmThe Fantastic Four: First Steps. A possible future team-upbetween the Fantastic Four and fellow hero Spider-Man has already been discussed, as well aswho was behind directing the movie’s post-credit sceneandwhat it means next for the franchise’s direction.

The film has also receivedplenty of early reactions via social media. Given this attention, the cast ofThe Fantastic Fourhas been doing a multitude of interviews (especially actorsPedro PascalandVanessa Kirby). Not all questions on the extensiveFirst Stepspress junket have been movie-related, though, with a recent BBC Radio 1 segmentinvolving a music-leaning angle.

Pedro Pascal & Vanessa Kirby Would Sneak Into Taylor Swift Concerts

Based On Questions Asked Of Them By Children

During a BBC Radio 1 segment called “Kids Ask Difficult Questions,” Pascal and Kirby were presented with various inquiries from young children about a wide swath of differing subjects. A 6-year-old girl named Claudia (a self-professedTaylor Swiftfan, or “Swiftie”) asked the duo what they’d do first with their Fantastic Four powersif they had them in real life.

While Claudia’s mention of Swift wasn’t related to the question,it seemed to inspire both Pascal and Kirby’s answer. The pair initially laughed at the random inclusion of Swift, but they ultimately decided that Sue Storm (whom Kirby plays in the movie) and her powers of invisibility would be perfect to sneak themselves (and Claudia) into one of Swift’s concerts.

Given The Eras Tour’s Infamous Ticket Battle, This Is More Than Fair

Any Means Needed To See Such A Highly-Hyped Show

This super-powered rationale would more than make sense to anyonewho attempted (or read about) trying to get a ticket to one of Taylor Swift’s concerts during The Eras Tour. It didn’t matter whether you were a celebrity likePedro PascalorVanessa Kirbyor an everyday Swiftie; obtaining seats was a Herculean task during this period.

Whether it was related to costs (upfront or because of ticket scalpers), providers like Ticketmaster being overwhelmed by demand, ticket bots quickly purchasing available seats before actual fans, or other associated factors, the ticket goal was nearly impossible. Pascal and Kirby may have been on to something in thatit might have been easier learning to become invisible to attend.
