After what has seemed to be months of waiting, one of China’s biggest animations to debut this summer is finally getting the one thing it’s been missing since its major premiere.Lord of Mysterieshas finally updated fans that the English dubbing for its first few episodes will be released on Crunchyroll.
SinceLord of Mysteriesis based on a Chinese web novel by Cuttlefish (a pen name for the author) and is being adapted by a Chinese studio, the donghua thus far has only been available in Mandarin. One of theinitial problems many observed during its promotionwas that the animation wasn’t doing enough to sell itself to overseas fans.
Fans of the work who live overseas were lucky enough to receive English subtitles when it was released, but due to the high-stakes action and fighting taking place so far, people are finding it hard to read and watch at the same time. That’ll be a problem no more with Crunchyroll catching up on the English Dub.

Episodes 1 & 2 Will Have English Dub For Overseas Fans
In an X (Twitter) post byuser @LOTM_WORLD,Crunchyroll andLord of Mysterieshave finally unveiled the English voice acting cast to take up the mantle for the Beyondersand supporting characters. With episodes #1-2 now live with English dub, fans can experience or re-experience the best animation of summer 2025.
Fans have long lamented not being able to listen toLord of Mysteries, and cited it as a major issue for the donghua to have overlooked. But, just as the production team promised from the get-go, English dubbing for the Chinese animation will be released as it clears review. There’s no information yet on how the other language dubs are progressing.
