Okay, I was not expecting this: especially one year after the launch ofPokemon SwordandShield.
In an effort to promote the season pass for the aforementioned game for the holidays, Nintendo is putting on their bestPlanet Earthimpression: complete with a faux David Attenborough narration. Playing it mostly straight, the below video takes you through the Galar region over the course of four minutes and change, mostly centering around theIsle of ArmorandCrown TundraDLC zones.
It’s actually fairly well made, taking advantage of some great in-game camera angles to showcase some of the more diverse locations. The subtle sound effects (like the crashing waves amid majestic background music) are great touches too! Kudos to the team who put this together.
Hardcore Pokemon players might even get a bit of lore tidbits out of it! Man I’m ready for another Pokemon game; one that hopefully adds everyone in this time.
