From November 27th to December 4th, Nintendo Switch owners can download some Ubisoft games from the eShop for a discounted price. The promotion is headlined byMario + Rabbids Kingdom Battleat $40.19, which released earlier this year to positive reviews. Praised for its sense of humor and strong tactical gameplay,Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battleis like Ubisoft threwSuper Mario,Rabbids, andXCOMin a blender. While it sounds like a weird combination, the game’s success speaks for itself.
BesidesMario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle, Nintendo Switch owners can also pick up the two most recentJust Dancegames at a discounted price, as well asRayman Legends: Definitive Edition. Here is the full list of Ubisoft games discounted on the Nintendo Switch eShop this week:
It’s worth noting that theJust Dancegames are also discounted on the Wii U eShop, so those that have yet to upgrade can still participate in Ubisoft’s Cyber Monday promotion. Unfortunately, no other Ubisoft Wii U titles seem to be a part of the Cyber Monday discounts.
Speaking ofJust Dance, it’s a little strange that Ubisoft is sellingJust Dance 2017andJust Dance 2018at the same price. While the games offer virtually identical gameplay, the fact that one is a year older should depreciate its value. The price of other games also seem a little odd, withMario + Rabbids Kingdom Battlediscounted to $40.19 instead of $39.99, as would be more typical.
Regardless, Nintendo Switch owners looking for a bargain this year will no longer feel left out. Anyone looking to grow their library of Ubisoft Switch and Wii U games should take advantage of these deals before they run out on December 4th.
