This time, Michael C. Hall is back leadingDexter: Resurrection’s cast, picking up a few months afterNew Blood’s divisive ending. In that finale, Dexter’s son, Harrison, shot him for breaking Harry’s Code, concluding under the implication that he died. However, the new series reveals Dexter actually survived and fell into a coma, with his awakening and journey to reunite with Harrisonkicking off inDexter: Resurrectionepisodes 1 and 2 this Friday.

Therefore, both new episodes become available to stream at 12 a.m. PT, 1 a.m. MT, and 2 a.m. CT on Friday in other time zones around the United States.

A two-episode drop for the premiere comes as an exciting surprise forDexter: Resurrection, asOriginal Sindebuted with just one entry back in December 2024. Meanwhile, thecontroversialNew Bloodalso kicked off with just one episode to start in November 2021. Though unprecedented,Dexter: Resurrectiongetting a two-hour premiere kicks off Michael C. Hall’s long-awaited return with greater momentum.
However, two-episode debuts won’t be the norm for the remainder of thenewDexterTV show. Following the premiere on July 11,Dexter: Resurrectionseason 1 will start releasing one new episode each Fridayon Paramount+ at the same drop time.
