Earlier in “A New Day,” guest star Kevin Sussman played Agent Kevin Saxton, a whistleblower who alerted the FBI team to Forefront’s plans.Saxton came across Forefront’s plan to attack 26 Fed and alerted Jubel, but Saxton was assassinated before he could say anything more.

This death left Jubal with more questions than ever, and his survival of the event cast suspicion on him. Viewers later learned that Keene was one of the moles and Forefront was working with China to destabilize American institutions like the eponymous FBI, but Kevin, the Department of Defense whistleblower, was long dead by this stage. Fortunately, fans of this actor won’t need to go far to find more appearances from Sussman.
