Major Nelson revealed another month of freeXboxdownloadable Games with Gold titles this morning. March 2018 will bring an additional four titles to the Games with Gold library, two for the Xbox One and two backwards compatible Xbox 360 games. This month’s titles are headlined by the cult shooterSuperhotwith a diverse supporting cast of games that should keep Xbox players happy – at least for the month.

As is typical for Games with Gold, the Xbox One titles will each be available for a full month while the Xbox 360 games will only be available for 15 days each. The first game for each platform starts its availability on March 1st, and the second starts on March 16th.
Trials of the Blood Dragonis a crossover between two of Ubisoft’s properties, the 2D motocrossTrialsseries and theFar Cry 3standalone expansionBlood Dragon. Unlike mostTrialsgames,Trials of the Blood Dragonfeatures a single-player storyline. Cyber-commandos Roxanne and Slater are following in their father’s, Rex Power Colt’s, footsteps and taking on the Vietnam 4 war all by themselves - with the player’s help, of course.
Superhot’s unique take on first-person shooter action, in which a player’s movement directly correlates to the speed in which bullets and enemies move, has garnered it a cult following. Players will jump from level to level, dealing with enemies made of red crystal through whatever means necessary. IsSuperhotjust a game, or is something more afoot?
Brave: The Video Game, an adaptation of the Disney movie, may not be typical Games with Gold fare, but something for the kids may be a nice change of pace. And whileQuantum Conundrummay not be well-remembered now, when it was released in 2012 it was well-regarded for itsPortal-esque puzzle-platformer mechanics.
